EAB Navigate

What is Navigate?

Navigate is a tool that helps you:

  • schedule appointments
  • build and manage your academic plan
  • register for classes
  • monitor your progress toward your degree
  • keep up with important to-dos
  • find study buddies
  • connect with your advising team (including your advisor, instructors and faculty mentor)

You can log into Navigate from the Navigate icon on my番茄社区 from a computer, tablet, or cell phone.

The icon will look like this in your my番茄社区

Yes! Search for Navigate Student in the Apple or Android app store.

Download the app and open the app and search for "Laramie County Community College."

You'll be prompted to login with your my番茄社区 login and password.

You will use the same email (番茄社区 Student email) and password that you use to login to my番茄社区.

The student "To Do" list will vary depending on if you are a first term student or a returning student. Additionally, the "To Do" list will change depending on how you answered the questions on the survey you took when you first logged into Navigate.

Click on the check box and refresh the page on the app. However, if a "To Do" is a hold that is on your student account in the Student Information system, the check box does not remove the hold your account. You will still need to follow the process to remove the hold.

Clicking on appointments will give you a list of options for different services around campus. Choose a type of appointment and a service, then you'll choose a location, and finally, a time you'd like to meet.

At high-volume times of year, there may not be available times right away. Make sure to check several days or a week into the future in case they are just out of available times this week. If you see no times at all, you can contact your Academic Advisor in Navigate, or contact Admissions & Academic Advising at 307-778-1214 to ask about availability.
First, check with your advisor to confirm which major you are officially enrolled in. You can change your program of study using the Self-Service app in your my番茄社区 account. If you need to discuss your program of study with your advisor, you can make an appointment through Navigate.
The Navigate Major Explorer uses an algorithm to provide best-fit suggestions for degrees and certificates at your institution. In order to provide an accurate list, students need to pare down their interests so that Navigate can refine its recommendations per each set of responses.
No. You can change your program of study using the Self-Service app in your my番茄社区 account. If you need to discuss your program of study with your advisor, you can make an appointment through Navigate.
Most institutional data is pulled on an automated basis in an overnight process. Thus, any significant changes to a student's record will pull in overnight and reflect in Navigate by the next business day. If you know a hold is removed (e.g. you paid your student account balance) it is effective immediately and it will no longer prevent you from registering and will show the next day in Navigate.
