Counseling & Campus Wellness

Licensed Mental Health Professionals are available to help students resolve personal concerns and to support emotional growth and wellness. Counseling services are FREE to all currently enrolled and attending 番茄社区 students. Our services include individual, couples counseling, crisis support, and wellness workshops and trainings.

Walk in appointments are encouraged and welcomed. We are located in Pathfinder Building, Suite 207. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Summer  hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Wellness Wednesday Workshops

Weekly 30 minute workshops available to students  over the lunch hour. Workshops are held weekly in CCC 178 from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm. 

REACH Suicide Prevention Training

Help prevent suicide by learning the risk factors, warning signs, and how to intervene.REACH is a suicide prevention training program designed to help the campus community prevent suicide by teaching faculty, staff and students how to:

  • Recognize warning signs
  • Engage with empathy
  • Ask directly about suicide
  • Communicate hope
  • Help suicidal individuals to access care and treatment

Our Wellness Hub is an easy-to-use online and mobile experience. Students can can access reliable, evidence-based, information tailored specifically to their needs and issues.

  • Online tools and self-assessments.
  • Student-curated educational content including videos on a range of behavioral health and substance use issues.
  • A list of available campus services and resources.
